A mix of strength based exercises using weighted cans and tyres, and running. The class runs downhill to the lake, performs exercise and then returns uphill carrying the items that were taken down. The class finishes with a core section.

With a core group of members training for a marathon, running club will replace bootcamp on a Wednesday night for the winter months.
All abilities welcome - running laps of Leadenham village.

A low impact class comprising a mix of aerobic style movements, strength and core exercises.
Please bring your own mat if you have one.
This class tends to cater for over 60s and takes place in the studio.
