Group Exercise Classes

RB Fitness offers a range of group exercise classes both indoors and out. Please see details below for more information 

Class Details

Bootcamp

£40 for 6 weeks

Members £15 - please book via the app


A mix of strength based exercises using weighted cans and tyres, and running. The class runs downhill to the lake, performs exercise and then returns uphill carrying the items that were taken down. The class finishes with a core section.  


Next block will be in 2024. 

Circuit Training

£40 for 6 weeks

Members £15 - please book via the app


A series of exercises performed for time - open to all abilities.


Exercises will vary using strength, cardio and core. 


Indoor class - limited spaces, please book to avoid disappointment.

Running Club

Free

Open to all abilities. Variety of sessions from speed work to low intensity continuous work. Friendly and sociable atmosphere. 

Masters Bootcamp - low impact fitness

£7

Members £3 - please book via the app


A low impact class comprising a mix of aerobic style movements, strength and core exercises. 


Please bring your own mat if you have one.


This class tends to cater for over 60s and takes place in the studio.
