I grew up as part of a farming family within a rural village and the tight knit sense of community set my values for the future. 

I have always played team sports, particularly field hockey, and have been lucky enough to captain every team that I have played for including 8 years at City of Peterborough at a National level. I have also been a coach for over 10 years, from my time at Loughborough University, to my local club in Leadenham. 

I now want to bring the skills, experience and values I have learned in leadership, coaching, family and community into RB Fitness.
