The key to achieving your nutrition goals is sustainable change. Understanding the value of different nutrients and their effects on the body will allow you to consistently make the right choices for weight loss, muscle gain or improved health.

Individual Nutrition Advice

£50 per hour

One to one training specific to your goals:

  • Muscle gain
  • Fat loss
  • Healthy eating 
  • Energy levels


Can be done as a one off or as a series of sessions. Price shown for a one off session - please contact to book or for more information. 

Nutrition Courses

£ priced per course

Nutrition Made Easy is a 6 week course covering:

  • Energy balance for weight Loss and weight gain
  • Understanding and estimating calories
  • Protein, fat & carbohydrate intakes
  • Vitamins and mineral sources
  • Principles for healthy eating
  • Challenges to track and increase understanding of goals specific to you


Suitable for weight loss, muscle gain or healthy eating. 


Courses held periodically and will be advertised when available.
